okay so here’s the situation.

lately i’ve been studying loads

so i haven’t really been exercising much and i haven’t been eating very much, but when i do eat it’s not very healthy because i don’t have much time.

my life’s basically revolving around exams at the moment, and i feel really disgusting and like i’ve put on weight and stuff so ew. 

so anyway. i only have two exams left. i have one tomorrow and one next thursday. 

once i’m done with my exams i’m going to start going running every day apart from tuesday, for half an hour, as soon as i get home from school. i’m also going to do the 20 20 workout because it kills me every time i do it and it really works your whole body and can be found here:

i’m also going to try and reduce my serving sizes and generally eat healthier, less carbohydrates etc, because at the moment i feel like i’m eating alright, but it could be better. 

hopefully if i do all of that, i can manage my time a bit better and maybe feel better for supanova and my dinner dance that i’ve got coming up in just over a month.
